Villa
Villa Cantone is a newly restored house situated in the lower part of our Park, only 1 km above our town, enjoys a wide view over the Valley and the lake.
The Villa is fitted with professional kitchen accessorized with: Professional dishwaher, oven, refrigerator, frizer, pots, crockery and kitchen utensils of all kinds, mokas, kettles; The kitchen communicate with the big stone walls living room where you and your friends can eat all together, it is furnished with tables, chairs, sofas and TV, fireplace, dispenser of microfilthered still-sparkling-cold water.
The bedrooms and the Villa are furnished in Tuscan Style: Wood, Stone and terracotta floors, each bathroom as a shower and hair dryer, wc and bidet.
Outside there is a beautiful covered terrace with tables where you can enjoy the sunset, have dinner or lunch, eat a Fioretntina steack cooked in the close barbecue or a pizza cooked in the firewood oven
The outside pool is filled with our own source of solphurous thermal water, it can be heated and it is illuminated at night; it is divided into a pool for adults and a smaller for children for a total of 15×6 meters, it has a solarium with umbrellas and sunloungers.
Four years ago when we started the restoration of the villa we found a source of sulphurous water rich in beneficial properties; This gave us the idea to create a SPA for take advantage of this water.
The SPA has an extensive view over the Tuscan hills and offer every comfort..

Just outside Sansepolcro lies a fantastic microcosm that is accessed by a small road in the woods. It is the La Conca farm, composed of 5 units. We are about twenty and we rented for New Year the first house on the climb, Casale Cantone: what say, very beautiful landscape (I dare not imagine in the spring), cleanliness, courtesy of the owners always available.
Spacious rooms (most with private bathroom), living room with a huge table, professional kitchen, outdoor oven, wi-fi free, there would also be a beautiful outdoor swimming pool for summer bookings.. and Finally, in front of the structure, a beautiful SPA with turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and gym to make our stay truly exceptional!

The Villa 🙂 was exactly as described, and we were right from the start in a holiday mood. Chiara was very courteous and always tried to offer us a pleasant stay. The house, the pool and spa area were in top condition and very clean. (The spa is for 8h per day, which can be divided itself in operation.) We were a group of 18 people and it had plenty of room and amenities for all, even more capacity for more. The kitchen is fully equipped for a large group. Provide adequate leisure activities is taken care of, the fishing pond is next door. The 300 hectares of forest under the management control of Chiara’s family invite to hiking and mountain bike excursions. We will come back for sure.

Aurelio met us at the house and was very friendly and informative. The house was new , the spa lovely , and the view great. The pool is also fantastic. For a nice week with a large group of friends it was great. The village of Sansepulcro had nice restaurants and was only a 30 minute walk away – or 5 minute drive.
